Purpose of role
As the Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of Capella’s
central operations. Your work will ensure strong governance, robust data protection practices, and high-quality
organisational coordination, helping us deliver meaningful impact for the people we support.
You will be a trusted source of support to the Senior Management Team and Board, enabling strategic decision-making
that advances our mission. Through strong administration, excellent organisation, and attention to detail, you
will help safeguard our organisational integrity while contributing to a positive, collaborative charity
environment.
