Role

We are recruiting for a Communications Manager to lead the work of the Communications and Participation team at Rape Crisis Scotland (RCS). They will ensure the development and delivery of an engaging, accessible, and high-quality communications presence that increases public awareness of issues relevant to gender-based violence and reduces societal tolerance of it. The Communications Manager is also responsible for To ensuring that survivor voices are heard at RCS (via the Survivor Reference Group), and that this essential feedback is embedded within organisation processes and practices.

Rape Crisis Scotland is Scotland’s leading organisation working to transform attitudes, improve responses and ultimately to end rape and sexual violence in Scotland. We work in partnership with the 17 local Rape Crisis Centres across Scotland and run the national Rape Crisis Scotland helpline.
