Our ESOL in the Community Project delivers accredited and non-accredited ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Language)
provision in the local community. The project also has a focus on ESOL courses blended with other skills e.g
art, photography, walking groups. This is a project funded by the National Lottery.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an extensive experience of teaching ESOL for the position of
development worker for our ESOL in the Community Project. Your role will be to develop partnerships, support
sessional ESOL tutors and support the delivery of SQA accredited and non-accredited ESOL courses in Glasgow. You
will develop our community-based ESOL provision by maintaining and developing good relationships with our
partners, our tutors and our learners.
All applicants will be educated to degree level, or equivalent and have an ESOL qualification (CELTA or equivalent)
and have experience in teaching adults, both in-person and online.
