More about your role
As part of our Financial Inclusion Team you will play a key role in supporting our most vulnerable customers by providing a comprehensive service incorporating information, advice, assistance and representation on a wide range of social, welfare, financial and health issues. The role will involve working with new tenants and supporting them through the process.
You will deliver a customer focussed financial inclusion service to our tenants and other customers, providing a bespoke service to our diverse customer base with a view to maximise income, community enhancement and tenancy sustainment.
Assisting customer and providing advice on a range of topics from debt advice, financial management to promoting digital inclusion this is a truly customer focussed role, providing empathy and compassion to all situation whilst ensuring the correct information is delivered and understood by out customer.

More about you
We are looking for applications from people who are able provide our customers with complex information in more simplistic way, excellent customer service skills are an absolute must, as is this ability to adapt your communication style to fit our customers who may have different or complex needs.
You will have previous experience & understanding of welfare benefits, current social housing and wider welfare issues as well as an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislations & welfare reform.
The ideal applicant will have great communication skills which will allow you to build a good repour with our customers and colleagues.
Due to the nature of this role applicants will need a full driving license and access to a car.
