What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for you?
You will provide operational management and oversee delivery of Routes to Works employability services funded by Scottish Governments No-one Left Behind and UK Shared Prosperity Fund, providing direction and leadership to all staff involved in the delivery of contractual targets. You will lead the skills and training delivery across all Routes to Work employability programmes as well as across education development priorities. Working as part of the Senior Management and Leadership Team you will develop positive & effective relationships with key partners whilst supporting the Head of Operations in implementing service development & improvement activities to ensure that the company remains at the cutting edge of service delivery locally & nationally.
