Our Partnerships will thrive under your watchful eye and as our representative in various external forums, you'll forge and solidify beneficial collaborations that will further our mission. You'll also wear the hat of a Leader, playing an integral role in our leadership team, steering us forward in line with our strategic objectives. Lastly, as an agent of change, you will keep a finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving environment, seeking opportunities to amplify the issues families face and actively implementing actionable solutions.

What We Need

An excellent understanding of early years, child development, and child poverty is essential. You'll bring to the table your exceptional team management, organisational, and project management skills. Ideally, you'd be educated to a minimum of SCQF Level 8 or have equivalent leadership experience.
