We are one of the largest Children’s Charities in Scotland and have continued to grow year on year. We have never been busier and need the support of a professional who shares our ambitions to develop quality services to reach even more children and families.

We have a vacant post supporting our disability services across Fife including - residential, respite, outreach and housing support.

What we are looking for...

If you are a progressive, motivated professional who knows what it takes to develop new innovative solutions that support young people and the commissioners of services, alongside ensuring sustainability and safeguarding as priorities for all your services, we’d love to hear from you.

You will provide leadership and external management, identify opportunities for growth and work with our business development team to secure income streams to meet the changing needs of vulnerable children, young people and their families.

You will have demonstrable management level experience in the disability sector within the public, private or voluntary sector. You will have direct experience of both management of services and liaison with local government, NHS or alternative funding commissioners. You will also be driven to influence local and national strategy, policy and practice to the benefit of vulnerable people.

You will hold a relevant professional social care or social work qualification at SCQF level 9 or above plus a management qualification at SCQF level 8 or above.
