An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Scotland Senior Leadership Team for a Senior Data Analyst.

The post holder will form part of a dedicated regional team providing efficiency and excellence across all data requirements for our services and the organisation.

Responsibilities

Senior Data Analyst

Managing the requirements of a portfolio of services, the Senior Data Analyst will ensure the collection, collation, input, recording, analysis, and reporting of data is performed to the highest standard.

The Senior Data Analyst will provide expert advice, support, and analysis to a range of stakeholders, including Service Managers, Regional Directors, and Commissioners.

The post holder will perform key administrative tasks on in-house systems including the client case management and information system and any external mandated systems.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, committed and driven to meet the expectations of this challenging and rewarding role.

To lead the services data capture and analysis work streams that will provide training and support to front line staff to ensure high quality recording and reporting of assessment data, ensure timely and accurate reporting of data to regulated bodies, Change Grow Live and commissioners, work closely with Services Manager/s to identify trends within front line practice, service performance and provide performance solutions across all components of our Scotland services.

The post holder will be required to record data and information in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative, and financial requirements; to include introduction and management of robust systems.

The post holder will provide regular training to all staff to ensure consistently high-quality data recording and reporting, facilitate service level data meetings and develop quality assurance systems that complement all aspects of performance.

There is an expectation that the post-holder will provide a degree of flexibility and contribute to the wider strategic aims and on-going development of the Service.
