withYOU are a social care charity supporting over 1200 people. They have an annual turnover of nearly £8m and employ 250 multi-skilled staff. They are now embarking on a full-scale transformation of the organisation, which is exciting and ambitious.
As part of this transformation, they have a new Senior Management Team and a refreshed Board of Trustees to guide the organisation through the opportunities that lie ahead. As part of this journey, there will be collaboration and co-production, with the people they support, on updating organisational values and it is anticipated there will be a re-brand and a new organisation name.

The Role
This newly created role comes with the purpose to stabilise, expand, and lead business development as well as drive Income Generation. There is also the desire to assess and strategise Service Retention with growth opportunities identified and established. Operating from a strong platform, this is a position for someone who can hit the ground running and forge new working ways whilst ensuring current process are secure and meet high quality standards.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a collaborative trait, able to support a communicative culture and establish a new approach to Business Development. You will bring confidence to craft comprehensive tender responses and effectively expand relationships as a passionate ambassador of withYOU.

Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a compassionate and effective leader who can engage, inspire, and support others. You should have experience in adult social care, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. You’ll bring:
- Experience in adult social care: You should have an SVQ 4 in Health and Social care, or be willing to work towards this, as well as experience leading or supporting teams in social care, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities this role brings
- Leadership skills: You’re a supportive leader - approachable, adaptable, and able to empower your team, especially during times of change or challenge

About the role
As the Registered Manager, you will be an experienced leader leading a team working with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
As the Registered Manager you will:
- Maintain the continuing relevance of services to individuals’ needs and purchaser requirements by ongoing planning, monitoring and evaluation.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the service, managing significant budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and making financial decisions.
- Where a need or an opportunity is identified, lead on the development of new services, support business growth and maintain reputational excellence.
- Comply with governance, law and legislation including local authority compliance, Care Inspectorate (at level 5 and above), SSSC and safeguarding procedures.
- Support the senior management team in the streamlining, promotion and monitoring of quality assurance systems which meets the needs of individual services as well as the overall service delivery in the region.
- Develop, monitor and implement supervision and appraisal systems for staff.
About You
You will have passion and drive to take forward a well-established Service and Team. Be passionate; and committed to the overall aims and objectives of the service and have the belief that people can live fulfilling lives with the right support in place.
You should also have:
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and leading a service delivery team, including managing the provision of a safe operating environment in a relevant context.
- The ability to negotiate with a wide range of internal and external partners and build positive relationships including local authorities and housing associations.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise your own time and workload to meet a number of different and competing tasks in sometimes pressurised environment.
- Social Service and Health Care at level 9 (SCQF) or other speciality/qualification recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes as well as a relevant management qualification.

We’re recruiting a Senior Support Worker to lead frontline delivery of personalised, high-quality, and compassionate support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering tenancy support, housing management assistance, and wellbeing services tailored to individual needs.
Eastfield is a high support needs service, supporting people with multiple and complex needs as such as substance use, mental health and physical health. This does not involve any personal care or administering any medication
Role and responsibilities
• Coordinate and deliver support plans addressing tenancy sustainment, substance use, mental health, housing needs, and personal development.
• Responsible for coordinating and maintaining staff rotas for their service.
• Work directly with individuals to help them achieve their goals, build life skills, and improve health and wellbeing.
• Act as a keyworker and oversee support delivery, ensuring accurate and professional records.
• Liaise with external partners, including housing teams, healthcare services, and advocacy groups.
• Provide leadership on shift and supervision to support workers in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Promote inclusion, empowerment, and trauma-informed practice in all areas of support.
Essential Skills and Attributes
• A recognised social care qualification at SCQF Level 6 or above.
• Experience working in adult social care, ideally in homelessness, housing support or mental health.
• Confident in report writing, support planning, and using digital systems.
• Understanding of SSSC codes of practice and Care Inspectorate standards.
• Strong values of compassion, dignity, and respect for all.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English at CEFR level B1 or higher.
• Commitment to the values and mission of Care Support Scotland, and to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
Desired skills and attributes
• Previous social care practitioner (skilled worker) experience,
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous specialist training experience directly related to the role.
