Are you interested in an exciting opportunity to help assist project manage the Rapid Re-accommodation Welcome Centre?

Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the leadership team of the Rapid Re-accommodation Welcome Centre as it provides accommodation, care and support to individuals who would otherwise be sleeping rough on the streets of Edinburgh.

As the Senior Team leader you will assist the project management in the organisation of the Welcome Centre. You will be on hand to help and support the large Welcome Centre team in the running of the service. You will work closely with partner agencies, guests and volunteers. A flexible working approach is a key element of this role as it can cover days, nights and weekends.

Good communication skills, along problem solving and decision making are essential.

The post holder is required to have an active Christian faith on the basis of the face to face contact the post holder will have with service users.
