The role

You’ll be leading a UK-wide team of permanent and contract staff to deliver our services for people with secondary breast cancer. You’ll manage the implementation of our strategy for growth, building on our achievements so far and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our services are delivered effectively, safely and efficiently and will lead on increasing awareness of and referrals to our face-to-face and online services.

About you

You’ll be a confident, determined and capable leader with a strategic mindset and have experience of leading a UK wide hybrid team. You’ll have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work across a number of conflicting deadlines and priorities. You’ll also be determined to ensure agreed activities are delivered to the highest standards, against agreed budgets, timelines and objectives.

Resilient, flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic, you’ll be comfortable in adapting your communication style to a wide variety of stakeholders and situations.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role can be based in our Cardiff, Glasgow, London or Sheffield office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
