Role

Social Enterprise Project Manager - Voiceover Interpreting Services

Do you have a proven track record of success in managing a commercial or social enterprise?

Do you have the drive and creativity to take our thriving social enterprise to the next level?

Voiceover Interpreting is a busy and thriving social enterprise based in Glasgow, delivering community interpreting and translation services to a large customer base. The social enterprise generates unrestricted income to further the aims of Govan Community Project, a charity operating in Govan supporting individuals and families in the asylum and refugee community.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead in the operation and future development of Voiceover.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in running a successful commercial or social enterprise with excellent skills in business management. You will have the confidence to maintain and develop business relationships and opportunities and the leadership skills to support a small but busy team.

You will be responsible for overseeing operations and raising the profile of Voiceover to a wider geographical business market.

This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant, dedicated team working in a diverse community.

Govan Community Project is wholly committed to inclusion and diversity and to building a culture and environment where everyone is appreciated for the unique person they are. We warmly welcome applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, with the right skills for the role and would particularly welcome applications from individuals from the refugee community.
