Role

We are looking to recruit a Sexual Violence Support & Trauma Worker – Initial Referral team (25 hours per week) The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing support to people using trauma informed support skills and have a sound knowledge of the impact of rape, sexual abuse and exploitation on survivors.

Salary: £19,552 moving to £21,034 after successful completion of a probationary period.

Hours; 25 hours per week fixed term until 31st March 2025 with the possibility of extension should funding be secured.

Probation: This post is subject to 6-month probationary period if offer of permanent position is made.

Holidays: 33 Days plus 5 Public Holidays days for Festive Period. Please note this is pro rata for the 25 hour role.

Pension: Employer contribution at 6% to CIS pension fund.
