We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team.
The overall aim of this post is to deliver interventions to young people around healthy sexual relationships using the Rape Crisis Scotland sexual violence prevention pack, and to develop local strategic approaches to sexual violence prevention.
The successful applicant will be involved in the delivery of sexual violence prevention workshops with young people addressing issues around sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, sexualisation, consent and healthy relationships.
Experience in project development within a youth work model would be advantageous.
A commitment to preventing sexual violence and an understanding of a gendered analysis of violence against women and girls is essential. Candidates need to be skilled in engaging pro-actively with all young people, including hard to reach groups.
