  • Ensuring sound financial management, planning and reporting
  • Driving ICT and office management services to enhance customer service and support growth
  • Developing robust frameworks to ensure business continuity and the effective management of risk.

The ideal candidate will be further educated to SCQF Level 9 (Degree level) or above with extensive experience in a comparable role.

  • provide, plan and facilitate key work meetings, key work sessions, meetings, reviews and other internal/external meetings in conjunction with the person’s support plan.

Our employability Team provides learning, education, training and employability support to assist individuals into Education, Training and Employment. Using an outreach approach, the post holder will provide key work, careers guidance and tailored support to young people identified by their school as at risk of leaving without a positive destination. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support a caseload of young people across Falkirk
  • Building relationships with partners in schools and other agencies
  • Contribute to the continuous monitoring of the project’s success

This is an outreach role and will involve lone-working, home visits and accompanying young people to meetings and appointments across the Falkirk area.

About you

You should have experience working with young people and understand the challenges faced by young people when leaving school, including mental health and neurodiversity. You should also be:

  • Excellent at building trusted relationships, with young people and partner agencies
  • Knowledgeable on the options available to school leavers

Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role

To work cooperatively with the North West Partners (Maryhill and Queens Cross Housing Assocaitions) and their associated contracted organisations. Maryhill’s partners are Barrhead, Linstone and Paisley Housing Associations. To manage all aspects of the planning, implementation and delivery of assigned development projects for Maryhill’s partner organisations’ new build housing programme and some development management on selected Maryhill housing projects. Responsible for project initiation, scheme viability assessment and funding bids, procurement and performance management of consultants and contractors, cost, quality and risk monitoring and control, project and contract management of a portfolio of new development projects from inception to completion. To ensure that the development programmes are managed efficiently and effectively and that service provision is focused on and aligned to meeting the needs of the business and our customers. To take specific responsibility for innovation and sustainability in new build housing development. To manage the coordination and funding discussions with partner organisations funding bodies and to manage the governance of the partners development programme including attend board and committee meeting as required.

On Offer

This role has a competitive salary banding of £48,597- £52,578 EVH Grade 8 PA28 – PA31.
