We are now seeking an experienced Head of CRM and Analytics to manage the ongoing implementation and development of our MS Dynamics365 CRM and to ensure that the system is used to its full potential to support the ministry of SU Scotland.
Purpose:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, to lead SU Scotland’s strategic development, delivery and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring that organisational processes, reporting, data analysis and insight inform ministry decision making, support training development, and strengthen strategic priorities.

As part of the Information Governance Programme and in support of the Trust’s aim to improve its Records Management and Information Governance Processes, the Lead SharePoint Developer is responsible for collaborating with teams to design the SharePoint environment in line with the Trust’s Information Governance Policy and associated procedures. The Lead SharePoint Developer will provide support, training and documentation to NTS colleagues, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the wider Information Governance Programme team in the introduction of best practice when managing and sharing Trust Data.
The post holder is responsible for advising colleagues in the use of best practice data management controls including naming conventions, retention schedules, and version control, and deploying these in the SharePoint environment. This role will ensure the platform effectively supports the collaboration and content management needs of teams working to protect the Trust’s heritage. With the wider Data Protection team, the post holder will work closely with the Infrastructure team to deliver intuitive, well-governed SharePoint sites that enhance knowledge sharing across the Trust, in support of the Trust’s vision and strategy.
The role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills and an understanding of data protection and security requirements, ensuring the platform functions effectively for users across the organisation.

Our Communications and Impact team leads on communications, media, engagement with the third sector and partners across Dumfries and Galloway, systems, data and insights, evaluation and impact, storytelling, regional and national sector promotion, and internal communications. What You'll Do
We are looking for a colleague to lead our digital transformation, change management and innovation agenda, both within TSDG and across the wider third sector in Dumfries and Galloway. Internally, you will develop and deliver a digital roadmap for TSDG, championing effective use of our core platforms and building staff confidence and capability. Externally, you will strengthen digital inclusion in Dumfries and Galloway, lead our digital collaboration tool, and help other third sector organisations optimise their digital use and collaborate more effectively.
• Develop and lead delivery of a digital transformation roadmap for TSDG, covering systems, data, process improvement and digital capability.
• Deliver effective, joined-up use of internal digital platforms, reducing duplication, improving data flow between systems and strengthening reporting.
• Lead change management activity through communication and training, supporting staff to adopt new tools and ways of working.
• Identify and pilot digital approaches, including emerging AI tools, that could improve our efficiency or service delivery.

OVERVIEW
Since 2015, Revenue Scotland has been responsible for collecting almost £9 billion from two devolved taxes, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and Scottish Landfill Tax. Scottish Aggregates Tax came into effect on 1 April 2026 and we will add two additional taxes to this portfolio in the near future: Air Departure Tax (ADT) and the Scottish Building Safety Levy (SBSL). Revenue Scotland currently has just over 100 staff and a senior leadership team of five led by the Chief Executive.
The Board of Revenue Scotland is currently made up of one Chairperson and six Board Members. The Chair and all other Board members are non-executives. The Board is collectively responsible for the leadership and direction of Revenue Scotland, for ensuring that the organisation carries out its statutory functions effectively and efficiently, and for ensuring that it achieves the aims and objectives agreed between Revenue Scotland and the Scottish Ministers, as recorded in the Revenue Scotland Corporate Plan.
To enable the Board to deal with more subject-specific matters it has formed two subcommittees, the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and the Staffing and Equalities Committee (SEC). The terms of reference for these committees can be found within the Board Standing Orders on our website.

THE ROLE OF A BOARD MEMBER

REMUNERATION AND TIME COMMITMENT
Remuneration for this post will be £333.52 per day (reviewed annually) for every 7.5 hours. This includes meeting preparation and time devoted to performing your functions on a pro rata basis. Remuneration is non-pensionable and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
The time commitment is 36 days per year to performing your functions as and when required. This time will be a mix of daytime Board and Committee meeting, fortnightly Board conference call and reading documents to prepare for meetings. You may need to attend additional meetings exceptionally subject to the Board’s ongoing business need.

STAND is a Fife charity led by people with lived experience of dementia. We believe that life doesn’t stop with a diagnosis — people can continue to grow, connect and enjoy new experiences. Nine trustees currently sit on STAND's Board of Trustees and, as a peer-led charity, three (including the Chairperson) live with dementia, three are/were carers and three have professional backgrounds.
We are currently seeking the following new Trustees to share with us their experience, talents, and passions:
Insight or personal experience of dementia or caring responsibilities would be an advantage. The STAND team is friendly and supportive, and you will be working with the charity's Development Lead and Administration Officer alongside trustees, volunteers, staff and members of the charity.
The Board of Trustees currently convenes every six weeks (usually from 2.00pm – 3.30pm), with the AGM in the autumn. Office Bearers and senior staff meetings usually take place quarterly. Most meetings are held in Kirkcaldy and travel expenses are reimbursed up to 30 miles from Kirkcaldy. Rarely, an additional Extraordinary General Meeting of the Board may take place.
Between meetings, it will be necessary to work remotely.
