Kinross-shire Youth Enterprise (KYTHE), a dynamic Christian youthwork a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people in Kinross-shire to reach their full potential. They firmly believe in the strength of community partnerships, working together with local schools, churches, and government bodies to deliver life enhancing services to the youth of the area. Their comprehensive offerings include health support, youth band activities, arts workshop, and a holiday football camp, just to name a few.

They come to KYTHE to seek a path to self-discovery, inspiration, and skills development. We provide them not only with valuable skills but also with a supportive network of new friends. The Role:

An exciting new opportunity has now arisen for a Head of Operations to join the fun-loving team at KYTHE. As the new Head of Operations, you will have responsibility for KYTHE’s operational and business management functions in support of KYTHE’s strategic plan. You will be responsible for creating and implementing KYTHE’s operational plan that will enable the organisation to sustain and grow its vital work making a difference to the lives of young people across Kinross-shire. Working closely with the senior team, management committee and board of trustees, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of KYTHE, encompassing administration, financial control, HR, client records, facilities, marketing and communications, and providing support to senior staff.

KYTHE’s new Head of Operations should be educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience, demonstrate a strong alignment with KYTHE's values, and have a successful track record as a Head of Operations with diverse operational management experience. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to problem solve and apply creativity and initiative to challenging situations, this is the ideal opportunity for you. Whilst KYTHE is a Christian organisation, the successful applicant does not need to practice Christianity themselves, but they should be open and accepting of the views of the organisation and comfortable working in their environment.

Fundraising Lead

Kinross-shire Youth Enterprise (KYTHE) is a vibrant Christian youthwork non-profit organisation. They provide a range of services to young people across Kinross-shire, aimed at ensuring they are given the opportunities they need to reach their true potential. KYTHE are passionate about partnerships and see a real value in the local community working together for the betterment of people across Kinross-shire. With this in mind, KYTHE work in the Kinrosshire communities alongside local schools, churches and government bodies in order to deliver their life-enhancing services to young people in the area. These services include maths study sessions, mental health support, youth band, arts workshops, and a holiday football camp to name just a few.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Fundraising Lead to join the fun-loving team at KYTHE. This is your opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people in your area, sourcing the funds which will continue to enable KYTHE to provide their services in your community. The new Fundraising Lead will be responsible for the development of all Fundraising elements across KYTHE. They will identify, investigate, create and manage a portfolio of high-impact potential and actual donors and charitable trusts. Funding will be sought from individual donors, churches, major gifts, foundations and philanthropic businesses.

KYTHE’s next Fundraising Lead should be an experienced Fundraiser, ideally from a Trusts & Grants background, but they are also open to experience in other areas of Fundraising. If you are a strategic thinker and operator, with an understanding of, and an empathy with, the values and the identity of KYTHE then this is the ideal opportunity for you. This role will involve the engagement and oversight of fundraising volunteers, so a natural leader would be ideal for the position. The successful candidate should also be outgoing, engaging and able to communicate clearly. The successful candidate will possess a full, clean driving license and have access to a car. Whilst KYTHE is a Christian organisation, the successful applicant does not need to practice Christianity themselves, but they should be open and accepting of the views of the organisation and comfortable working in their environment.
