We were formed in April 2003 when Carrick Housing Association and South Ayrshire Homes came together. Our governance structure is based on a partnership between our tenants and Ayrshire’s communities. Our tenants and communities constituencies have 6 places each on the Board. We have a close working relationship with South Ayrshire Council on whose initiative our predecessor South Ayrshire Homes was formed in 1998.

Join our team as Director of Assets & Compliance! We are seeking a Director of Assets & Compliance who has a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead on and oversee our asset management strategies and compliance programmes and be committed to developing and maintaining quality and safe homes for our tenants. In this leadership role you will make a meaningful impact to our tenants and wider community.

We are looking for a Director of Assets & Compliance who not only has the technical expertise but who can lead on our asset management strategy and inspire their team to deliver excellent results, bringing fresh and innovative ideas. We are looking for our new Director of Assets & Compliance to be forward-thinking with a strong commitment to developing and maintaining quality and safe homes for our tenants as well as delivering complex information to a range of stakeholders including our tenant and community-controlled board.
