We are looking to recruit an Outreach Lead Support Worker to organise our Outreach provision.

The role requires you to plan and deliver outreach service to care and support to older people in Dunbar and the surrounding area. Our aim is to increase people’s participation in their local community and increase general health and well-being through attendance at the Day Centre or support in the wider community.

Qualifications SVQ level 2 (or equivalent)
