Would you like to use your skills to support charities and contribute to autistic people and people with learning disabilities living flourishing lives?

If so, we have an opportunity for a Performance and Impact Advisor (PIA) with the autism and learning disabilities fund team. We are looking for a full time (35 hours per week) PIA to join our small team delivering this work on behalf of the Scottish Government Mental Health Directorate.

This team manages the Autistic Adult Support Fund and the Inspiring Inclusion Fund as well as supporting leadership work with the Scottish Government with a participation and engagement approach called the Leadership Framework. This involves supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities to play an active role in policy development.

As a PIA you will support our Fund Managers to provide high quality support for funded groups and the Scottish Government, ensuring the best impact and learning from the funding. As part of a small team you will have a varied role, from reporting through to communications, event planning, research, and programme development. It also involves supporting the participation and engagement of individuals.

This position is suitable for people who like to work collaboratively, who can apply sound judgement, are driven by inclusion and equity, and have the confidence to ask questions, and take the initiative. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic organisation focused on delivering for essential charities and dedicated to improving lives and creating positive change.

We have an opportunity for a Performance and Impact Advisor (PIA) with our Equality and Human Rights (E&HR) fund team. We are looking for a full time (35 hours per week) PIA to join our small team and play an instrumental role in supporting the 48 organisations within the fund.

The Equality and Human Rights fund (E&HR) aims to support civil society organisations and partners to develop, embed and mainstream equality and human rights within policy and practice in Scotland, in line with the ambitions of the National Performance Framework and relevant Scottish Government strategies.

The PIA (Performance and Impact Advisor) will deliver several functions to support funded organisations, the E&HR Programme Manager and Inspiring Scotland. They are a consistent, available point of contact for funded groups with responsibilities including management of fund related information, developing and participating in any portfolio events and creating support tools for funds.
