YouthBorders is the network of voluntary and community based youth organisations in the Scottish Borders, supporting and promoting good quality youth work. We are recruiting for a new and exciting role to join the team at YouthBorders delivering a series of partnership projects and responding to increased demand for support from our growing membership.

The successful applicant will be motivated and purpose-driven, with a commitment and passion to strengthen communities. You will support our aim of improving young people’s lives though quality youthwork. You will have a flexible can-do attitude and willingness to actively contribute to the team. Your experience in working with young people will be evident in your knowledge of their issues and patience in building trusted relationships.
