While our network provides a great range of services for individuals, couples and families, Counselling Highland specialises in couple counselling, and individual counselling where relevant to relationships.

General Trustees

Our goal is to have as diverse and representative board as possible, so we would love to hear from anyone who may be interested. Some of the skills and experience we are interested in are HR, fundraising, marketing and business acumen. We would love to hear from anyone who wants to support us in promoting mental wellbeing and healthy relationships.

Chair of the Board

The main goal for the chair is to lead the Board and ensure it fulfils its responsibilities.

Job Purpose: To further the work of Relationships Scotland Counselling Highland in line with its charitable objectives.

Main Duties relating to:

  1. Ensuring the Board fulfils its responsibilities.
  2. Helping Management to achieve the organisation’s mission.
  3. Optimising the relationship between board and staff, working with the Manager
