you will lead and inspire your teams to deliver high-quality, ethical, and respected therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership to ensure effective, high-quality therapeutic services.
- Drive and support
a culture of consultation, recognition, and respect.
- Coach managers and enhance team capabilities in
line with strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and ethical requirements.
- Manage
financial performance and capitalize on income generation opportunities.
- Maintain and develop internal
and external relationships.
- Potential to maintain a small client caseload and provide clinical
supervision (if qualified).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing and developing services and staff.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Strong financial management understanding.
- Significant computer literacy
skills.
- Full driving license and ability to work across Scotland.
- Christian faith and ability to
work within and uphold our Christian ethos (Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010).
