Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening and supporting the third sector across Clackmannanshire. As a TSI Development Officer, you will work directly with voluntary and community groups, charities, social enterprises and volunteering, helping them to operate correctly, become more sustainable and make a lasting impact within their communities.

No two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to support emerging community initiatives, help organisations access funding, strengthen governance, build partnerships and connect people with opportunities that improve lives.

Working within a Third Sector Interface (TSI) means being at the heart of community development and local change. You will join a supportive and values-driven team that is committed to collaboration, inclusion and community empowerment.
