Role

About Us

Braveheart is a forward-thinking health promotion charity dedicated to improving wellbeing through healthy lifestyles and physical activity. Braveheart has been providing community-based health services in Forth Valley for 30 years and is well established in the locality.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant to support the operations of our footcare initiative across the Forth Valley area. Braveheart’s Top Toes service is already well established, and your primary role will be to provide effective administrative support to staff to manage the footcare service. Key aspects of the role will include managing client appointments, keeping database and administrative records up to date and participation in the implementation of a new online payment system.

Our footcare clinics are delivered by a team of volunteers, managed by Development Officers. The Administrative Assistant role is key to ensuring the smooth and effective running of the service by providing operational support.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience and skills in administrative work and would be suited to working in a busy service which offers footcare clinic support to older adults. Please see the attached Job Description for further details of the post responsibilities and person specification.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and flexible working environment
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives
