Role

Would you like to become an enthusiastic Membership Recruiter for Scotland’s leading nature conservation charity?

This role is critical for wildlife. We rely upon the support of members to enable our work; from major species and landscape restoration projects, to managing our network of wildlife reserves across the country.

As a Membership Recruiter, you’ll attend a range of private-site and public events, representing the Scottish Wildlife Trust and connecting with a wide and varied audience. As the face of the Trust at large-scale shows, highland games, fairs, markets, garden centres and more, you will create meaningful conversations about wildlife and why protecting it matters.

Using your excellent communication skills and passion for nature, you’ll share the Trust’s work and inspire people to take action for wildlife by becoming members of the Scottish Wildlife Trust.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines public engagement and target-driven performance. No two days are the same. Working independently, you will manage your own membership stand and represent the Trust with professionalism and confidence. You'll be adaptable, reliable and happy working outdoors, often as the sole representative at events.

If you are a resilient, self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people and thrives on making the most of an engagement opportunity to secure new members, we’d love to hear from you.
