  • £12.60 - £12.75 (The stated hourly rate will be reviewed and adjusted, where applicable, in response to any changes to the Real Living Wage). 10 – 30 hours per week (This service is delivered through the day and evening. There is no overnight support required but does include weekends).

Role

We are looking for individuals who can engage creatively and compassionately with people with disabilities on a 1:1 basis. You will support individuals to explore opportunities and activities that reflect their interests, promote independence, spend time with their peers, develop friendships, be part of new experiences which lead to meaningful outcomes. This will result in regular short breaks for parents and carers.
