CoWL are recruiting a Support Advisor with a specialist focus on Self Directed Support (SDS). This Inspiring Scotland funded role will provide direct support to unpaid carers and disabled people through individual and group based work. The post holder will deliver independent information, advice and support to those considering or receiving SDS, supporting outcome focused conversations and informed decision making, alongside providing wider CoWL support in response to individual needs.

We are recruiting for Carer Information Assistant to join our team. Lanarkshire Carers is an organisation where you will be supported, valued and well rewarded. Responsible to the Carer Communication and Data Manager and working as directed by the management/coordination team, the Carer Information Assistant will work closely with staff, volunteers, carers and partner organisations to develop, plan and deliver comprehensive information, advice and support services for carers in Lanarkshire.

The post holder will develop and maintain good carer information, promote effective communication, collaborative working and partnerships. This will support the provision of coordinated and effective information, advice and support to carers. Access to the right information and the right time is key to ensuring carers do not reach crisis point. Lanarkshire Carers information framework will ensure consistent, standardised, non-duplicating carer information, material and resources.

The Senior Fundraising Manager for Scotland will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the diversified and sustainable income portfolio needed to deliver our ambitious and innovative plans in Scotland. Reporting to the Director for Scotland, with a dotted line to the UK Fundraising team, you will lead on developing and managing strategic fundraising relationships across Scotland and establish and grow sustainable financial support from a range of sources, including corporate partnerships, trusts, and major donor relationships.

Are you passionate about supporting others and making a genuine difference in your local community? We are looking for a dedicated Carer Link Worker to join our team and provide vital support to unpaid Carers across Skye & Lochaber.

As a Carer Link Worker, you’ll deliver a locally embedded information and advice service ensuring Carers can easily access timely, accurate and relevant support close to where they live. Working at the heart of the community, you will act as a key point of contact for Carers seeking guidance or connection.

Through outcome focused, person centred conversations, you will support Carers explore what matters most to them, identify their needs, and understand the options available. These conversations may include developing an Adult Carer Support Plan (ACSP) and carrying out regular reviews to monitor progress and adapt support as circumstances change.

A core part of the role involves active engagement within the local community, building strong local relationships, raising awareness of carer support, and proactively reaching Carers who may not yet be connected to services. You will also be contributing to local partnership meetings and work collaboratively with health, social care, and third sector partners to ensure Carers’ voices, rights and needs are recognised within local planning and service delivery.
