Role

Fife Shopmobility Ltd is a registered charity, lending manual and powered wheelchairs and electric scooters to people with mobility difficulties to enable easier access to shops, leisure, and business facilities within the main shopping centres of Dunfermline, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual with the suitable skills and experience to join our team. Ideally a self-motivated Manager, who will have responsibility for services at all three locations.

Applicants should have proven success in securing funding, financial management, staff leadership, human resources (including volunteer management) and project management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiating skills with voluntary sector and statutory partners at senior management level are essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible to, and work closely with, the Board of Directors which will include strategic planning, policy writing and budgetary control.

The post will be based around core office times, but we will consider reduced hours.
