Role

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? If so, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our facility.

As Senior Administrator you will lead the support team functions within the new Alford Residential Service. Managing all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day administration and finance processes for the service.

The Role

  • Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure they are carried out smoothly. This includes tasks such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Take charge of financial processes including, invoicing, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administrative duties related to the Housing and Dayhab services in Aberdeen City.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of the new residential service in Alford. This includes setting up administrative systems, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all necessary resources are in place for a successful launch.
  • Ensure that all administrative and financial processes adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and standards. This includes data protection laws, financial regulations, and organisational policies.
  • This is not your average desk based admin role, our Therapeutic Community rehabs can be fast-paced, agile places to work with a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a busy team

About You

  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiar database and financial systems
  • Strong numeric skills with the ability to manage financial processes such as managing funding of placements, banking of payments, personal allowances and petty cash.
  • Experience of line management or supervisory roles (desirable)

Our state-of-the-art facility will offer 27 beds for individuals seeking transformative recovery journeys. With a focus on nature and the environment, and with 1.2 acres of land on site, our Recovery through Nature projects will provide a holistic approach to healing. Plus, staff amenities such as onsite bedrooms and a brand-new gym ensure a supportive and enriching work environment. Whilst in a rural location, the staff team will include dedicated Drivers, so please don't let access or transport be a barrier to application.
