Are you an inspirational leader with a talent for motivating people and networks to achieve goals? Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) is seeking a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team.
SVE is the partnership and development agency for the third sector in Stirling. As the local third sector interface we are a membership organisation of locally based charities, social enterprises and volunteer-led community organisations.
Working closely with the Chief Executive and the Board of Directors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic plan for developing the third sector and volunteering in Stirling. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and management of colleagues, programmes, and resources to implement SVE’s strategic and operational plans effectively.
As a highly motivated and emotionally intelligent leader, you'll demonstrate sound judgement under pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills. Your commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace will be evident, aligning with SVE's vision and values.
You'll excel in communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your exceptional organisation and planning abilities will ensure efficient management of individual and team workloads and deadlines.

To lead SVE’s work relating to health and Social Care development in the third sector that helps people in Stirling to live full and positive lives.
Key responsibilities
- To work with locally based community groups by maintaining and building relationships with third sector organisations to support the Clackmannshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Strategic Commissioning Plan 2023-2033 to enable people in Clacks and Stirling to live full and positive lives
- Support the development of building relations with key stakeholders such as, statutory partners, and community organisations to support collaboration and partnership in health and social care initiatives.
Third Sector Integration Engagement Officer – Health & Social Care

To support CTSI’s work relating to health and social care development in the sector that helps people in Clackmannanshire to live full and positive lives.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To work within communities to maintain and build relationships with the wide range of third sector organisations/groups thriving and developing in Clackmannanshire, with particular emphasis on supporting the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Strategic Commissioning Plan 2023-2033, to enable people in both areas to live full, healthy and positive lives.
- Support the work to build relationships between key stakeholders such as statutory partners and community organisations, to support collaboration and partnership in health and social care initiatives and achieve improved outcomes for the people of Clackmannanshire.
Autism Peer Support Group Administrator

We are looking for a new team member with a positive attitude towards autistic people: a good communicator with strong organisational skills who can support the development of a new peer support group and wider network in Clackmannanshire and Stirling. The peer support administrator will work with volunteers and group users to provide support with all aspects of setting up and promoting a new group, including venue hire, meeting arrangements, liaising with speakers with consultation with group users, promoting the group and its activities and linking in with local organisations and public sector.
The new role will be based in Alloa with travel to the Stirling area.
Funding & Fundraising Development Manager

- Remote: Home based – with regular travel between PKAVS services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Funding & Fundraising Development Manager who will play a pivotal part in raising funds and securing our financial sustainability for PKAVS by leading on the delivery of our funding strategy, engaging with individual, corporate, government, legacy and partnership funding channels and working in partnership with each of our services to support them to deliver their funding plans and fundraising activities.
