Role

BIAS provides professional, 1:1 independent advocacy to a wide range of client groups across the Scottish Borders.

Looking for a highly motivated, experienced Manager to help grow our small, independent charity. Must have experience in a management position. The role involves working closely with our Board of Trustees, representing BIAS externally and you would need proven experience in financial and contract management alongside the ability to provide support to our busy staff team. Based primarily from our Galashiels office, the option of hybrid working may be available.

Background in independent advocacy, health or social care preferred. Clean driving licence and access to own transport required. The post is subject to membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
