Home-Start West Lothian is a volunteer-led charity with over 24 years-experience working in local communities, supporting families with a child under 5 in the home and group work support. Due to a retirement we are now looking to welcome a Business Support Officer to join our team.
This role will be responsible for general office duties and will work alongside the Chief Executive and Operational Manager. The post-holder will work with the team to ensure that our services are well run and of a high quality. The Business Support Officer is responsible for overseeing the effective running of the office and all finance activities (Quickbooks) for Home-Start West Lothian including the day to day financial tasks, bank reconciliation, monthly reporting and supporting the annual accounts process.
