Services manager, primary breast cancer

Role

The role

This role will manage the delivery of services for people with primary breast cancer along with identified new growth. You will be responsible for implementing business plans, maximising access and take-up of services, and ensuring high quality delivery. You will manage the work of a team of Breast Cancer Now staff and contracted facilitators based across the Scotland and Northern Ireland. Current services include Moving Forward face-to-face and online services.

About you

You care that people with breast cancer are supported to live well. Experienced in managing people (including dispersed staff), you have the confidence and skills to lead and drive forward growth. You enjoy working collaboratively with others and can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, both orally and in writing. You have experience of managing support services and implementing protocols and processes, striving to implement and maintain the highest standards.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our Glasgow office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
