Role

CEMVO Scotland is a national race equality intermediary organization with the aim of building the capacity of the ethnic minority voluntary sector and its communities.

We are seeking a person with good all-round technical IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues on a daily basis.

Your role will be to support the day-to-day operations of the organization and staff within a hybrid working environment and providing IT support across a wide area of technical areas, and be the main point of contact to our external IT providers.

You will require a broad range of the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Website development with understanding of how to modify, maintain and support different web platforms, with collection of data on web traffic and social media postings, etc.
  • Management, Support, and development of database systems with a purpose of supporting data collection and reporting and undertaking electronic mailings to promote events and newsletters and uploading / circulating job opportunities through our Equal Jobs portal.
  • Knowledge of different devices, networks and software with ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 Cloud Ecosystem to support email correspondence, account management / set up and security of relevant areas.
  • Knowledge of various software packages in designing promotional materials, updating forms, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of digital marketing through social media.
