Role

We are looking for two individuals – one permanent full-time vacancy and a two year fixed term contract. Both posts will mostly be home based but will be required to work from our Stirling office for a minimum of 2 days per week and may require some travel to services.

We are looking for the right person to support the efficient and reliable use of Aberlour’s digital infrastructure while providing IT support to Aberlour’s users.

What we are looking for...

The work you will undertake will be varied and interesting.

Your substantial experience working in a technical customer service role or environment will enable you to support our Help Desk Analysts with 1st and 2nd line support issues; troubleshoot and resolve networking concerns; provide infrastructure expertise; liaise with suppliers as required and lead on IT project work and solutions.

Ideally you will have experience in Cloud based technologies such as Microsoft 365 suite e.g. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Apps, Forms, PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Dynamics.

You’ll also have a good understanding of laptops, tablets, video conference and other end user hardware. Along with network infrastructures, protocols, physical and Wi-Fi, switch and router configuration.
