As a Mentor/Resource Worker, you will be responsible for implementing a range of interventions and support measures as part of an integrated package of social support. The support service is specifically designed to address the complex needs of men who are involved in the Community Justice System. You will work systemically in delivering a relationship-based programme where frequency, tenacity and creativity are central.
You will work with individuals to create positive support networks and address issues such as; housing, benefits, and social networks. Work will be delivered through tailored one-to-one input that supports individual’s personal development and creates pathways to long-term engagement with relevant support services.
While the nature of this role means that TCA welcomes applications from individuals with personal lived experience of substance use and recovery, this is not a role requirement.
