As a Community Cook you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of healthy food based activities including pop-up cafes, community meals and community focused workshops. You will be happy using your cooking skills to plan and prepare large meals using fresh produce, and able to share your skills and enthusiasm through the delivery of cookery courses aimed at improving the cooking confidence of local residents. This post is 7 hours per week (£26,065 pro rata) + 25 days Annual Leave & 12 Public Holidays pro rata + 7% pension contribution to 30th September 2028.

As this driver, you will provide reliable and safe transportation for fruit and vegetable deliveries, collections from suppliers and donors, and distribution of goods across NGCFI hubs and partner organisations. The role also requires engaging with customers, partners, and volunteers during stalls, collections and deliveries. This post is for 14 hours per week, (pro-rata £24,479), 25 days Annual Leave & 12 Public Holidays pro rata + 7% pension contribution to 30th September 2027.

The opportunity

Working as part of our Marketing and Communications team, you'll lead the development of our CRM and audience strategy, helping us make better use of data, technology and automation.

You'll:

• Lead the development and implementation of our CRM and audience strategy
• Build meaningful audience segments and automated communications journeys
• Improve how we attract, engage and retain customers, volunteers and supporters
• Work with colleagues across the charity to improve data quality, processes and CRM capability
• Turn audience data into actionable insight that improves performance
• Help create a more joined-up, personalised experience across our audiences

Who we're looking for

You'll bring strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or audience management, with a track record of turning data and insight into better engagement and measurable results.

You'll be confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, developing audience journeys and collaborating with colleagues across different teams.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys building and improving things, combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.

Join Our Team as a Senior Communications and Administration Officer

Spinal Injuries Scotland is looking for a senior Communications and Administration Officer to join our team, working closely with the CEO, fellow colleagues, and volunteers contributing to the valuable work the charity does supporting members with a spinal cord injury.

You will lead the day-to-day administration of the organisation, financial administration, enquiries and communications across social media, the website and newsletter as well as supporting across events.

This will be a permanent appointment to a varied role where you will be a key member of a small team supported by a backroom office of professionals.
