Borders Care Voice is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to help support our work across the Scottish Borders.

You'll work as part of a friendly team, supporting a diverse range of projects and activities across the Scottish Borders, combining office administration with opportunities to work directly alongside people with lived experience.

No two weeks are quite the same. You'll support everything from the day-to-day running of the organisation to meetings, events and engagement activities, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and see the impact of your work firsthand.

As a small organisation, we value teamwork, flexibility and initiative, and you'll play an important role in helping our projects and services run smoothly.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the organisation, including:

• Managing office administration systems, records and databases.

• Supporting meetings, events and engagement activities.

• Providing administrative support to project staff and lived experience groups.

• Preparing agendas, papers and meeting notes, including minute taking.

• Assisting with financial administration, invoices and payment processes.

• Supporting training administration, bookings and participant communications.

• Maintaining mailing lists, website updates and communications materials.

• Providing administrative support to the Board of Trustees
