We are recruiting for two Advocacy Workers.
The Advocacy Worker role is a fieldwork role, with approximately 70% of time spent on direct advocacy casework and 30% spent on administrative tasks.
- The Glasgow role will be based in Glasgow at Kirkstane House.
- The Renfrewshire role will be based in Paisley at St James House.

Senior Support Worker- Esmond Street Service

The successful candidate will play a senior and supervisory role in the operation of our Esmond Street Service: a 22 place supported living project for older people with learning disability and/or complex needs. The successful applicant will have experience of support planning and review systems, and will be in a position to work on a shift-rota basis. She/he will have experience in a supported living setting, the ability to work on their own initiative, and have a positive, empowering and flexible approach to the support of people with learning disabilities. The post requires the successful candidate to be involved in the supervision and development of the staff team; including training, developing systems, mentoring and auditing. She/he should also possess an appropriate qualification, or be willing and able to achieve this within an agreed timescale.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Project Worker (£14.28 p/h). The Assistant Project Worker position is a fixed term post from a proposed opening on 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027, working 16:30 – 21:30, working Monday - Friday.

- Provide tailored, one-to-one support to help disabled people find, secure, and sustain employment using the supported employment 5 stage model
- Develop disabled people to achieve and maintain long-term employment targets
- Identify and prioritise the development of employer engagement for Triple E
- Build strong employer relationships to support the progression of clients into employment and/or modern apprenticeships
- Income generate via DWP Access to Work to cover stage 5 of the process
