Beatroute Arts is seeking an experienced, motivated Impact & Development Lead to strengthen our fundraising, impact measurement and organisational learning. Working closely with senior staff and our Engagement Team, the successful candidate will lead high-quality funding applications and reports, help embed practical monitoring and evaluation systems, and ensure members’ voices and lived experiences inform planning and decision-making across the organisation. This flexible, hybrid freelance role would suit a skilled third-sector professional who combines excellent writing and analytical abilities with a genuine commitment to community-led practice and reducing poverty-related barriers.
