Enable Glasgow is a community based charity working with adults with learning disabilities and their carers and families in Glasgow. We are currently recruiting for a full time Night Shift Coordinator (37.5 hours per week) to join our skilled staff team at our Esmond Street Advanced Support Service in the Yorkhill area of the city. Esmond Street is currently the only service of its kind in the city, providing a high quality 24/7 supported living service to 22 adults with learning disabilities who are older and/or have advanced needs.

The successful candidate will play a senior and supervisory role within our night shift team at our Esmond Street Service and must have experience of support planning and review systems. Experience in a supported living setting, the ability to work on own initiative, and a positive, empowering and flexible approach to the support of people with learning disabilities are also essential. The post requires the successful candidate to be involved in the support supervision of the staff team and the coordination of duties and tasks, as well as playing a lead role in the maintenance of service standards. It is preferable to hold an appropriate qualification, or to be willing and able to achieve this within an agreed timescale. Our Night Shift Coordinators work on a shift rota basis.

GDA is seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator who is confident, self-motivated, adaptive to change and multi-skilled to join our busy office and lead our small admin team. The role will work collaboratively with other GDA staff and will support the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of GDA’s Administration function, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across the organisation. The successful applicant will require a strong aptitude for multi-tasking, attention to detail and thrive on being part of a dynamic and busy team.

We are looking for someone with a track record of servicing and supporting a team, excellent administration, organisational, communication and IT skills. Experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. Experience of organising events, working with disabled people and/or within the voluntary sector would be advantageous. You will contribute to developing and maintaining a culture which reflects the values of GDA and a workplace where dignity, equality, fairness and respect are evident.

GAMH are commissioned by Glasgow Carers Partnership to deliver support to unpaid Carers living within the North East of the city. Our service offers inclusive and holistic support to Carers to help maintain their quality of life and improve their health and wellbeing.

We are seeking a Family Support Worker to join our team in our GAMH North East Carers Service. The primary focus of this post will be to work with unpaid Carers and Young Carers delivering a range of supports that enable Carers to manage their caring responsibilities while maintaining their own health and wellbeing.

As a Family Support Worker you will be providing practical and emotional support working collaboratively with Carers and their families and partner organisations to ensure Carers have access to appropriate information, resources and opportunities.

All applicants must be able to work flexibly; early morning, evening and weekend working may be required.
