What you’ll do:

• Lead the Young Carers Service — shaping strategy, improving delivery, and ensuring young carers’ voices are heard locally and nationally.
• Manage a dedicated team — providing supervision, appraisals, development support, and fostering a positive, values led culture.
• Oversee budgets and funding — including grant applications and reporting to funders. Candidates without grant writing experience will be fully supported by the PKAVS Fundraising Manager and Line Manager.
• Build strong partnerships — working with schools, agencies, and community organisations to create opportunities for young carers.
• Support occasional delivery of activities — so an adventurous, fun loving attitude helps.

• Experience in people management and working collaboratively with partners.
• Understanding of young carers’ needs and outcome focused support.
• Strong communication, organisation, and report writing skills.
• Confidence with IT, monitoring frameworks, and planning workloads.
• Experience in social care, third sector, or grant writing is essential

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and passionate Project Manager, with experience of coordinating Creative Projects, to join the CVS Inverclyde team and support an ambitious arts project, following funding from Creative Scotland’s Culture Collective Fund. The post is funded by Creative Scotland for 18 months (June 2026 – December 2027) and will spend a significant proportion of their working time working alongside Inverclyde Council, CVS Inverclyde, and Culture Collective Strategic Partners. The role will have a key position helping to facilitate, attend and promote artist activities across Inverclyde.

Creative Scotland’s Culture Collective Fund is a network of participatory arts projects, shaped by local communities alongside artists and creative organisations. Funded by Scottish Government through Creative Scotland, these projects are taking place across Scotland from across 2026-2027.

Our proposal builds on the success of our previous Inverclyde Culture Collective (ICC 2021-2023) to create 18 months of new activity from June 2026 devised from the Inverclyde Arts & Creativity Action Plan (2024-2029). Our overall focus will be an exploration of our “Creative Health” – a strong thread that emerged through previous delivery, leading to the inclusion of a “Creative Health Statement” within the “Inverclyde Health & Social Care Strategic Commissioning Plan” (2024 – 2027). We will also explore themes linked to the Climate Crisis, including climate anxiety.

This project will create paid opportunities for both salaried and freelance Creative Practitioners to engage with communities that have low arts engagement. Inverclyde Culture Collective will provide both emerging and established artists with the opportunity to push the boundaries of their own practice and look for radical solutions to sensitively collaborate and make work with local communities.

Fife Voluntary Action (FVA) is looking for a Coordinator to develop and grow a Fife Peer Support network. You will work within the peer support principles of hope, empowerment, authenticity, responsibility, mutuality and experience. You will work with the network to grow a shared understanding of the different types of peer support and work with partners to co-produce a programme of training and workshops to embed peer support and practice within organisations across the statutory and third sector in Fife.

About You

FVA is looking for someone who has experience of working in the field of peer support and/or co-production, including practical experience of working with and supporting volunteers. You should have knowledge of the peer support network in Fife and have experience of organising events and training.

It’s essential that you are able to work well as part of a collaborative team and that you can lead projects, coordinating the work of all involved.

Clackmannanshire Community Planning Partnership seeks to develop and test a holistic programme of support for people experiencing gambling harm within a Whole Family Support context. The need for this programme will be addressed via three interlinked elements: Prevention, Treatment and Harm reduction.

We aim to improve health and life expectancy, promote health and wellbeing, reduce health-harming activities and improve individual’s social connectedness, and enable equitable access to health and wellbeing through a preventative and early intervention approach.

The Senior Community Connector will work across our well-established whole family support system, linking individuals into supports to help reduce harm and access treatment. This additional post will work closely with gambling support partners (i.e. RCA Trust and Fast Forward), the Alcohol and Drugs Partnership, the Health and Social Care Partnership, and have access to our wider partnership network to create a package of holistic wrap-around support for individuals and their families.

This post will involve targeted outreach to engage with key population groups, namely women experiencing gambling harm; those with experience of housing insecurity and homelessness; those with experience of problematic substance use; and young people aged 16-24. This post will work closely with a new Income Maximisation Officer through the Citizens Advice Bureau. The post holder will be expected to develop a strong working relationship with CAB, Clackmannanshire Council’s Revenue and Benefits team as well as wider partners in our Whole Family Support system, to generate awareness and referrals for people at risk of gambling harm.
