Role
Following a successful rebrand in 2025 and real momentum in our digital presence, we’re looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join our small but mighty Fundraising and Communications Directorate.
This is a fixed term, 12-month maternity cover role and it’s a brilliant time to come on board. We’ve built solid foundations. Now we want to go further.
You’ll lead our digital communications strategy across every channel: website, social media, email newsletters, blogs and campaigns, making sure our content is engaging, accessible and rooted in impact. Working closely with our Digital Communications Assistant, you’ll use data and insight to grow our audiences, reach new people and demonstrate what good digital communications can do for a cause like ours.
We’re looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role who brings both creativity and analytical thinking. Someone who cares about making financial education feel relevant, human and within reach for everyone.

Community Outreach and Engagement Manager (AROS)

AROS (the Anti-Racism Observatory for Scotland) is a bold, community-rooted initiative dedicated to challenging systemic racism in government and the public sector and holding power to account. Community outreach and participation play a vital role in AROS’s work with communities adversely impacted by racism.
The postholder will identify, reach out to, and build relationships with adversely racialised communities, grassroots groups and organisations across Scotland. The role will also entail designing, planning and delivering programmes of community engagement activities, using co-production and other community development approaches. The postholder will assist with the recruitment of lived experience panel members and provide ongoing administrative support, including organising panel meetings, preparing materials and facilitating participation.
This role will involve travel across Scotland and entails out-of-hours working.
Hosted by the University of Strathclyde in partnership with the Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER) and funded by the Scottish Government, AROS is in a critical transition period, working towards full independence in December 2027.

Due to the nature of our business, it is imperative that the successful candidate hold SVQ level 9 or higher in Housing or Social Care and SVQ level 9 Registered Manager (or equivalent). About Us
At Trust in Fife, we take positive steps to prevent homelessness. We also provide temporary accommodation, with housing support on a one to one basis; we support our clients by hosting workshops that foster independent living skills, money management, healthy cooking and living and social inclusion.
Our support extends beyond shelter, guiding clients through the entire process. Trust in Fife has a charity shop, the Cairn Centre, in Kirkcaldy, selling preowned goods to those who need it. The shop offers a delivery and collection service and offers volunteering opportunities.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an Operations Manager:
The Role
The Operations Manager’s role is to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), by managing all operational aspects of Trust in Fife so that it achieves its objective of supporting homeless people, those who may be threatened with homelessness and disadvantaged people and in so doing meets its contractual obligations, financial commitments and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and a suitable PVG return are also requirements for the role. You will be required to take part in an on call service (one week in ten) for on call for our Housing Support Services.
