Looking for an opportunity to work for a flexible and family friendly organisation doing amazing work to support Scotland’s voluntary sector?
We know that the world around us is changing and digital exclusion is having increasingly profound consequences for those left behind. Voluntary sector organisations across Scotland are at the forefront of tackling this inequality. We’re on a mission to help these organisations build their capabilities to embed digital inclusion in core service delivery and galvanise wider system changes.
This role is based in our Digital Inclusion team, working across our programme of digital inclusion initiatives. While a knowledge of digital inclusion/exclusion is important, we’re more interested in someone who can apply the principles of digital inclusion to their own experience of working in the voluntary sector (particularly in health and care, child poverty or justice).
Part time hours and other flexible working options, including working from home for part of the week, will be fully considered. We encourage you to apply if you believe you meet most of the criteria in the person specification. We share our interview questions in advance. If you want to have a chat about the job or our flexible working approach, get in touch with us at HR@scvo.scot
SCVO is the membership organisation for the voluntary sector in Scotland and our mission is to champion the role of voluntary sector organisations in building a flourishing society and support them to do work that has a positive impact.
To apply: download an application pack from goodmoves.org.uk and return to recruitment@scvo.scot by 12 noon on Friday 8 May 2026. Interviews will be on Tuesday 26 May 2026.
