• Understand when existing technical guidance is not enough and know how to work effectively when guidance is limited or does not exist.
• Provide line management, supervision, or mentoring to colleagues in more junior roles.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will help produce technical work by using your developing skills and knowledge. You will work withperiodic supervision, within a personalised graduate programme which will support you as you grow your expertise. This includes structured mentoring on the path to ICE chartership.
