The Butterfly Trust is the lead provider of social and psychosocial support for people affected by Cystic Fibrosis throughout Scotland. We provide a comprehensive range of outreach services for all ages of people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families across Scotland.

They must have a positive attitude, attention to detail with a genuine passion for supporting other people and who has ambition for their own continued personal and professional development. They will have excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills, experience in managing or supervising staff or volunteers and able to work with people at all levels.
We will provide both in-house and external training to ensure all of our team have appropriate skills and knowledge to fulfil their role to the best of their ability.
The Adult Services Manager is responsible for providing a range of services to adults affected by Cystic Fibrosis, including direct support for carers and supervision of volunteer mentors who provide direct support them.
They will work in collaboration with specialist medical personnel to ensure provision of professional and integrated medical and social support services as well as liaising with Social Care Services, Local Authorities and other relevant specialist agencies, as required.
Full driving licence and a car is essential.
For this regulated work the successful candidate will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership which will be paid for by the Trust.

We are looking to appoint a Team Leader within our Adult Services here at Donaldsons. Focussing on the day-to-day delivery of the Treehouse service; a specialised service for neurodivergent adults who require bespoke support in wellbeing and learning.

You will work within our core hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with no shift work, no on‑call, and no weekends. You will have an SVQ L3 / SCQF L7 in Health & Social Care, and a willingness to work towards becoming a Care Inspectorate Registered Manager. You will also have a working knowledge of Health and Social Care Standards and the SSSC Codes of Practice and experience in leading a team.
Experienced working in partnership with parents, carers and multi-disciplinary teams to develop robust Personal Support Plans, as well as overseeing the effective evaluation of supported people’s journeys and personal outcomes, ensuring needs are being met to the highest of standards.

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead our Artworks and Placemaking programmes. These programmes work with local communities to care for, protect, and improve places along the National Cycle Network (NCN) through artwork and placemaking.
You will lead the expansion of the Artworks and Placemaking programme from Scotland into England. This includes setting up new projects, supporting delivery partners, and making sure funder requirements are met.
You will also manage the ArtRoots community grants programme. In addition, you will oversee an England wide audit of artworks on the National Cycle Network, working closely with our volunteer network.
You will work with teams across the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust to track progress and understand the impact of this work. A key part of the role is sharing outcomes, learning, and achievements in a clear and accessible way with funders, partners, and other stakeholders.

We’re looking for an Accommodation Deputy Manager to join our Accommodation Team at Ciaran's House, Edinburgh.
We provide practical and emotional support to mitigate the impact of a cancer diagnosis, and support during their cancer journey via expert needs led interventions. Our Accommodation Service is a key member of the integrated Social Work Service within the Services and Impact Directorate, you will play a crucial role in providing a high quality and efficient service to children, young people and families diagnosed with cancer
We are recruiting a Deputy Accommodation Manager in Edinburgh. This role supports the accommodation service locally and across the UK. Our Deputy Accommodation Managers ensure the Home is a safe and welcoming environment for children and young people with cancer and their families. They provide an efficient and effective service in line with the organisation’s accommodation service specification.
Our organisation is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults. This role is subject to an Enhanced criminal record check. If successful in application, this role requires an enhanced criminal record check to be completed ahead of starting in the role, together with comprehensive reference checks. As Deputy Manager, you will support the Accommodation Manager in the safe and efficient management of the Accommodation site, ensuring optimal use of available resources. You will help develop, deliver, and facilitate a Community Model approach within your locality, working with Social Care teams, charity partners, and local organisations to provide comprehensive support for families. You will also support the charity’s Brand and Income Generation initiatives aligned to delivering the community model.
