We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, (s) to join our
established team at the Accommodation & Support Service in Glasgow. As we embark on the next stage of our
journey delivering truly outstanding, highly personalised care and support services.
Our specialist team support people in our homeless service who have complex needs, such as mental health, addiction
and physical needs, with a focus on engagement, and harm reduction using a trauma informed approach. Our aim is
to support people to develop skills to move onto a positive destination, and become part of a community, giving
them the support whilst with us that they require to improve their overall wellbeing. We work closely with
partners in health, social work, and 3rd sector to try and achieve the best possible outcomes for anyone that we
support. We see people for who they are and work with them to help them best achieve their goals.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience of working within health and social care and demonstrate an innovative and empathetic approach to
delivering and leading services.
Have a passion and commitment to delivering person-centred support with a trauma informed approach.
Have experience of working as part of a team, or lone working and experience of coproduction of support, to enable
individuals to meet and achieve their personal outcomes.
Be able to assist in delivering an outstanding service and have experience or knowledge of the effects homelessness
and addiction can bring to individuals.
Be able to work a variety of shifts as we are operational 24/7 365 days of the year to meet the needs of the people
we support
