Healthy Pathways is a community based wellbeing project supporting adults who are experiencing poor mental health, social isolation, trauma or financial hardship. We provide a safe, welcoming space where people can rebuild confidence, develop coping strategies and form meaningful connections through small group activities, personal development workshops and one to one support.

As Project Officer, you will coordinate and deliver weekly group sessions and short programmes, encourage peer led activity, provide one to one support and help participants access wider services.

We’re looking for someone friendly, open and patient, with strong facilitation and communication skills and the ability to create an inclusive, welcoming environment. You’ll be organised, reflective and confident managing group dynamics, with experience of working with vulnerable individuals (predominantly women) in community settings.

Self Directed Support is a way of providing assistance or care that allows individuals to have more control and choice over the support they receive. It empowers people to make decisions about their own care, tailoring it to their specific needs and preferences. This exciting opportunity is funded by the Support in the Right Direction (SiRD) project until 2027.

You must have work experience in the field of Health and Social Care and experience in a supervisory role. You must be willing to learn and understand the local SDS policy and practice and be able to work well with all our partners. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, report writing and IT skills. Experience working with people who have additional needs, including individuals with communication impairments. It is essential that you have experience in representing clients within a multi-agency setting.

Govan HELP is recruiting Community Connector to lead and coordinate place-based community development activity across Govan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced community development practitioner to play a key role in strengthening collaboration between residents, community groups, public services, and third-sector partners. You will help ensure local priorities are identified, supported, and delivered in a coordinated, inclusive and community-led way.

The role will focus on developing and delivering a place-based action plan, aligned with local priorities around poverty reduction, family wellbeing, inclusion, and community resilience.

The Community Connector will:

Is looking for a qualified and dedicated Development Worker to support the delivery of our online national ESOL project by contributing to the planning, learner engagement, and evaluation of high-quality ESOL provision.
