The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Fundraising Manager to play a key role in growing and diversifying the organisation’s income. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser to make a real impact — strengthening our supporter base, cultivating new relationships, and helping to ensure the future sustainability of Scottish Country Dance for generations to come.
As Fundraising Manager, you will take the lead on developing individual giving, legacies, and major donor fundraising, as well as securing grants from trusts and foundations to support our wide-ranging programmes and youth initiatives. Working closely with colleagues and volunteers, you will also act as staff liaison for the Youth Services Committee, supporting youth engagement and fundraising for youth projects.
